Heights House is a modern, thoughtfully set up home in East Pensacola Heights—close to downtown, the water, and some of the best spots in the area. Built in 2026, the house features all new everything!

It’s easy to settle into, with open living spaces, a fully stocked kitchen, and room to spread out—whether you’re here to relax, explore, or a bit of both.

A place that feels easy to be in.

Inside, the layout is open and comfortable, with plenty of natural light and space to unwind. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, and the living area is set up for slow evenings or time with friends and family.

Out back, there’s a private fenced yard—perfect for morning coffee or winding down at the end of the day.

Heights House was designed to be a place we’d want to stay ourselves—comfortable, clean, and easy to enjoy.

We’ve tried to think through the details so you don’t have to, whether that’s having what you need in the kitchen or just making sure the space feels good to come back to after a day out.

  • “We had an incredible stay at the Heights House. The house was in immaculate condition. The interior design was absolutely stunning, with stylish decor in every room. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the space was so relaxing. Each room has a white noise machine. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need for a great stay (cooking gadgets, serving plates, kids ware, cocktail and wine glasses, etc). The location was ideal for exploring. Walking distance from local coffee shops and restaurants, and less than 15 minutes from the beach and downtown. I can’t recommend this place enough!”

The house itself is very organized and clean and has everything you could possibly need. We grilled out almost every day and spent a lot of time in the awesome back yard. They say the kitchen is stocked and they mean it - literally with anything you could possibly need. Having a pack n play on hand was a very thoughtful item so we didn’t have to pack that. The kids enjoyed Sorry and Connect 4 and the cards and poker chips were a nice touch. The location is great - we walked to breakfast every day and lunch at Calverts overlooking the water was a great surprise. Will definitely stay again!”

  • "From the moment you first walk into the house you can see the attention and care that has been put into this home. The decor, the beds, the pillows, the fully equipped kitchen, amazing grill, and the sound machines in each room all make you feel like you never left your own home. The location of Heights house is amazing! It is waking distance to several restaurants and a delicious coffee shop. While we stayed, we visited Mako Athletics CrossFit and Barbell club which were 7 minutes away and the coffee shop has a run club, too! We were lucky enough to visit on a Blue Angels practice weekend, which was awesome! Can't wait come back!

    An example of some of the items stocked in the kitchen include: Air fryer, baking sheets, blender, cake pan, ceramic plates & bowls, champagne flutes, chef's knife set, citrus juicer, crock pot, drinking glasses, drying rack, food processor, garlic press, hand mixer, kids dinnerware, kitchen towels, lobster pot, measuring cups and spoons, mixing bowls, plastic drinkware & dinnerware, salad bowl, serving platters, serving utensils, spatulas, stainless steel cookware, steak knives, upgraded stainless steel appliances, water pitcher, wisk, wine glasses, & wine opener.

  • We love fur babies, but unfortunately, they are not allowed.

  • There are a number of companies in Pensacola that provide rentals of bikes, boats, and jetskis. We are happy to provide recommendations.

  • We welcome any renter 25 years and older.

  • Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside of the house. Please be courteous of neighbors when outside and properly dispose of any waste.
